How do I place an order ?
First select the items that you want to order. These items will show up in the Shopping Cart. You can check out at any time using the check out option. This will take you to the Payment and shipping page. Upon completion of payment details you will receive a confirmation of your order in your email inbox.

Can I order items which are not displayed on the website?
Yes, you can email us your request and one of our team will call you back to discuss your requirements

How will my order be delivered ?
All orders are professionally packed and delivered by courier.

What if there has been a change in the recipient's address?
You must notify us if there is any change in address at least one day prior to shipment. Pro Gear will not bear any costs associated with change of address if such notification is not received in a timely manner.

How can I confirm that my order will be shipped on-time ?
After the delivery we'll send you a confirmation of shipment by email. This will contain date of shipment and name of Courier.

How much time do you take to ship after order has been made ?
We normally ship on the following business day(next day) after your payment has been confirmed.
